    2.1 If you want to use the services you must be an adult user, register on antoniomarras.it by creating your account on "My account" and accept these terms and conditions for the use of the services ("conditions"). Registration is free. To create your account, you will need to fill out the registration form by entering the required information and guarantee to ANTONIO MARRAS that the information provided during the registration process is complete, correct and truthful. We will send you an email to confirm your registration. Please note that credentials to access your account should only be used by you and cannot be transferred to a third party. Without prejudice to the legal limits, ANTONIO MARRAS shall in no way be held liable for access to your account by unauthorized third parties. Please keep your credentials private and inform ANTONIO MARRAS immediately if you suspect that there has been unauthorized access to your account or that your password has been infringed.

    1. Duration and termination

    3.1 The registration to the services will be effective from the moment you receive the corresponding confirmation email and for the whole period in which you will use the services.

    3.2 You can at any time, and for any reason, cancel your subscription to the services by submitting a request to our customer service by selecting "Privacy". If you have exercised the right of withdrawal, we will send you an email to confirm that the services have been cancelled.

    3.3 ANTONIO MARRAS reserves the right to cancel your registration with the services in the event of breach of the directions contained in these conditions, or if no personal data have been provided, complete, truthful and correct, without prejudice to entitlement to compensation of the damage suffered. ANTONIO MARRAS also reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, the provision of services for the time necessary for the necessary and/or appropriate technical interventions to improve the quality of the services. ANTONIO MARRAS may, at any time, discontinue the provision of services if there are security reasons.

ANTONIO MARRAS does not warrant, but not limited to, the quality, the good functioning, the absence of interruptions or the suitability of the services for a scope or a particular result planned by the user.
