How to place an order?
Follow some easy steps to place an order on AntonioMarras.com:
- Choose your product and visit its Product Page;
- Select your preferred color and size and add it to your Shopping Bag;
- When you wish to conclude your order, click on the Shopping Bag icon on the top right and select the “checkout” button.
- Proceed by inserting your Shipping Address and on the following page your payment details.
- Click: “Buy” and wait for the confirmation email. If you do not receive any email, check your junk mail or contact us.
- From this moment on, your order will be in our hands.
- You will be notified when the parcel will be dispatched.
- You can login your personal profile to track your order.
Are out of stock items restocked?
Items available on AntonioMarras.it reflect the real availability of items in all our warehouses and stores. If a size is not available, it means it is out of stock and we unfortunately don't know when and if it will be restocked later in the season. We invite you to periodically check the article or collection page to find any new availability of sizes or models and to use the Wishlist to always keep an eye on your favorite items.
Some items in my Shopping Bag and Wishlist have disappeared?
Until the order is completed, the items added to the cart remain available on the site and can be purchased by other customers. If this happens, before completing your order you will receive a message that notifies the items that are no longer available.
Can I send a parcel as a gift?
All our orders are delivered in branded packaging. If you wish to send a gift please contact our team by email (email@example.com) explaining your request. We will insert a priceless receipt and you can also add a personalized message.
Can I send a gift card or coupon?
This option is only available in our physical stores. Please contact us to know more.
How do promotion codes work?
The subscription to Antonio Marras’ newsletter, gives you access to exclusive promotions and initiatives.
You may often receive promotional codes and coupons. To take advantage of a promotion, enter the code at the time of checkout in the appropriate field. The final discounted price is displayed at the time of payment.
Unless differently stated: the code cannot be combined with other offers. It can be used only once and for one order.
The discount is calculated net of shipping costs.
If the code is invalid, check the validity dates and categories to which the promotion applies. The use and rules for every code are usually specified at the bottom of the newsletter you received with the code.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If your card has been issued outside your Country, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed.
- Bank transfer: We do not recommend paying by bank transfer. However, we can consider some exceptions for orders, whose total exceeds 1.000,00€. Please contact our team at the time of your order: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Cash on delivery (only for amounts less than or equal to 3000 € grand total and only for shipments in Italy). There is an additional cost of 10€ for this service.
What Happens If There Is A Pricing Error?
We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, AntonioMarras.com expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we will let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error as soon as your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.
AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER
I did not receive any order confirmation email. What should I do?

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately no. Orders are processed very fast and we cannot guarantee the cancellation of the order. If you placed an order by mistake and you want to cancel it, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Items that are already available in our stock are shipped within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day.
During holidays and peak periods, your order may take longer than anticipated.
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they are available in stock, as per the terms indicated in the confirmation email received at the time of order.
All orders are shipped with UPS Express Saver service and can take one to two business days to be delivered.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping methods and costs vary depending on the country of delivery. You can find more information in the Shipping Method section.
Can I use various delivery addresses in the same order?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Items of the same order can only be delivered to one address.
Do I need to sign at delivery?
For all deliveries you will be asked for your signature. This is to certify that you have received the parcel.
Can I send my package to a pick-up delivery address?
Yes. At the time of checkout you can choose to collect your parcel at one of our pick-up addresses.
You can get your parcel in one of our boutiques in Italy: Alghero (Sardinia) or Milano. You will be notified by email when the parcel will be ready for pick-up.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.
Log in to your personal account to view and track the status of your shipment. Select 'My Account', enter your email and password and check the 'Orders' section.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How can I return my order?
- For returns within the EU:
You have 14 days to request your return to our team, followed by 14 days to have your order physically returned to us.
To request a return authorization please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) indicating your: name, email address and order number. Please specify what items you intend to return.
We shall confirm your request by sending you an email containing: the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.), the shipping label and the instructions to follow to return the goods.
- For returns outside the EU:
If you wish to return some items from a country outside the European Union, you shall notify our team by sending an email (email@example.com) within 14 days from the reception of your parcel. Once your request is approved, you shall arrange the return with your preferred courrier. You have 14 days to make sure the order is physically returned to us.
You are requested to provide our team with a tracking number, to monitor the returning parcel. The return, its costs and any connected taxes are entirely under your responsibility until the parcel is delivered to our warehouse.
Do I have to pay to return my order?
- For customers residing in the European Union, the return of a product is free of charge. All costs will be covered by AntonioMarras.com.
- AntonioMarras.com does not take any responsibility for the costs related to any return from countries outside the EU. Please note that you should also consider duties and taxes when returning the parcel. The return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
As soon as we receive and process your return, your order will pass through a quality control and all items will be carefully analyzed. They should be returned without any fault, stain and with their original labels still attached.
If this phase is approved, a refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 14 working days for the whole process to be completed. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that eventual shipping costs and duties paid are not refundable.

It may take at least ten days for the refund to be credited to your account, due to bank-processing times.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
We guarantee all our items undergo a quality control before they are shipped. Much care is also put in their wrapping and packaging.
It may however happen that some are damaged or faulty.
If you receive a defective item, please immediately send an email to email@example.com.
In your email please specify the order number and the item code. Please attach photos (with the security tag visibly attached to the garment) through which we can analyze the defect.
We strongly recommend checking the parcel at the time of its delivery, as sometimes it is damaged during the shipping.
Please note that items that have been damaged while worn, used or misused, will not be considered defective.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
Can I change the currency?
Prices shown on our website as well as the final invoices issued by AntonioMarras.com will be in Euro (EUR).
Credit cards will be charged in Euro (EUR), and the final price will be calculated and charged according to the exchange rate of the day of the transaction.
The final amount shown on the credit card you use for the purchases may vary based on the fluctuations of currency and of the bank commissions. We kindly suggest to contact your bank and be advised about the exact value of the prices’ conversion and about the bank commissions related to the transaction.
