How can I return my order?

You have 14 days to request your return by following our online return procedure from your personal area or from our website footer if you are a guest customer.

If you wish to return some items from a country outside the European Union, you shall notify our team by sending an email (shop@antoniomarras.it) within 14 days from the reception of your parcel. Once your request is approved, you shall arrange the return with your preferred courrier. 

You are requested to provide our team with a tracking number, to monitor the returning parcel. The return and its costs is entirely under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse. 

Return Instructions

Step 1: Pack the items you are returning.

Step 2: Print your return shipping label and attach it to the package.

Step 3: Cover or remove any old shipping labels from the package.

Step 4: Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.

Depending on the carrier identified on the shipping label, bring the parcel to the collection point more convenient for you:

Do I have to pay to return my order?

  • For customers residing in the European Union, the return of a product is free of charge.
  • AntonioMarras.com does not take any responsibility for the costs related to any return from countries outside the EU. Please note that you should also consider duties and taxes when returning the parcel. The return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse.
  • Note that if you decide to use a courier of your choice, the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

As soon as we receive and process your return, your order will pass through a quality control and all items will be carefully analyzed. They should be returned without any fault, stain and with their original labels still attached. 

If this phase is approved, a refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 14 working days for the whole process to be completed. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that eventual shipping costs and duties paid are not refundable.

If your order has been paid by bank transfer please contact our team via email: shop@antoniomarras.it

It may take at least ten days for the refund to be credited to your account, due to bank-processing times.

Can I exchange a size?

Items purchased from out online store cannot be exchanged. However, if you wish to change size you we invite you to initiate a return and proceed to place a new order. 

Can I return the perfume?

Perfumes purchased online cannot be returned.
